Your True World And Other’s Special World Can Be More Dissimilar Than You Think.
Remember situations that makes you see your true world and other’s special world more dissimilar than you thought.
An example is when parents talk about an event from your childhood. However you happen to remember it all very different. The first time this occurs it feels shocking and scary. So much that you even believe your parents have lost it, dementia is progressing and you see the old-age home advancing.
They on their part are just as shocked as you. They think you didn’t appreciate what they did for you as parents, you don't understand. Which is probably true.
Several other situations come out being remembered contrary. So better realize that you just embrace personal historic events in another way than your parents and other people.
Ever seen a film with friends and you all find specific parts of the film important. But surprise, not the same things.
It all comes down to the fact that we as human beings perceive our personal world differently than other peoples world. We are individuals with an infinite number of genetic possibilities.
So Why Do We All Experience Events/Situations Differently?
Age, experience and daily impressions from partners, family, friends, work place, school and media influence us. That gives us our personal, true world.
Also necessary duties and hopes influence the way we perceive what we encounter.
On top of that economy and keeping daily life working for ourselves and family in the now and future is dominant.
But traditional ways from the years we grew up are in control of our backbones. Can be positively or/and negatively.
Not to mention that our urge to fulfill dreams also heavily colors how we see and understand.
All of this creates our personal, true world.
How Is This Important For Our Judgements?
To clarify, it influences the decisions we make, choices that can change our lives drastically.
Other peoples world can be very far or close to ours. It depends on how far away the worlds are from each other culturally and socially.
Most important is that we understand and know our own world.
Decisions Based On Other People’s True Or Perceived World
The biggest mistake done in decisions is when an action for our true world is based on others special world.
That can make our lives hell.
So decisions based on social pressure, group pressure, political correctness and not your own real world do not give you the best chances of getting what you want from life.
Consequently this is why it is so important to understand and recognize your own true world.
